Hi,
yesterday was ny firdt day as a sky broadband customer, having moved over from BT.
Everything was plugged in and resdu to go for activation, got the message, so all set up.
Around 2pm and 11.30pm for no reason that I am aware of my internet dropped out and my hub rest itself, both times.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this? Not exactly thrilled about having issues on day 1.

I could be part of the switch,
the service starts when openreach switch the connection over, resets when the broadband services is activatated on Skys systems after getting the confirmation from openreach the physical work is done
and then resets again once the emergency services and directory enquiries are updated with the change which then completes the full order
Which is why sky normally tell people to allow up to midnight on the activation day for the order to complete
