New contract
I spoke to a adviser couple weeks ago about making my bill more affordable as it was to high and was going to cancel. She offered me a cheaper deal on my Internet broadband. But looking at my bills it's higher then previous, which don't make sense, I've had openreach out drill holes in wall to be paying a higher bill each month. I am nit happy with the bills and need to rearrange

Then you will have to do as you did before and call Sky as we are customers here.
If Openreach have been drilling holes then you must have agreed to be upgraded to Sky Fibre which might explain the higher costs.

Re: New contract
@Charleymay1 Have you looked more into the forward bills to see what they say, you need to call CS to sort this all out, nothing that the Forum can do for you regarding the issue!
