New contract without myself agreeing
Hi,
Asking here about how I can make a complaint because I've had a issue which I am yet convinced is resolved.
I recently has a email saying the price of my broadband is increasing during my contract.
I understand that this happens all the time as in less than 12 months this has now happened twice. Only this time I wish to leave early penalty free as I'm aware I am allowed to do this.
I contacted sky the day of the email to confirm if I can change provider penalty free, which I was told I can but they wanted to see if they could do me a better deal. So the person on the phone gave me a option which I said ok and he sent me pre contract email to read before agreeing. The price was suppose to be £25 but the email said £41. Obviously I said no and he could not see why it stated that price. He then tried again on his system and it came back as the best price they could do was £28 this time, I said no I will go elsewhere as I can get double the speed for same price from another provider. Told him I will leave he said OK.
Approx 40 min after the phone call I get a email saying thank you for agreeing your new 24m contract here are the details bellow. This deal in my email was the original £25 a month but with only a 12 month discount over the 24 month contract! This was never agreed and is disgusting to be honest that they even did this with me agreeing.
I have spoke with sky again today and the lady said she has cancelled it now as I have a new provider being installed in a weeks time, fair enough but I wish to make a complaint that a contract was put in place without me even agreeing to it because this is unacceptable in every way!
Thank you

Use the 'Mail Us' option (it's actually an online form) under whichever category applies. It's not the quickest option as it can take weeks to resolve but you'll have a trail to follow if necessary. Include all possible details such as how and when you contacted them including any phone numbers or email addresses used (including yours).
