I want sky to be my WiFi provider as I've just moved in to a new flat, unfortunately when I search my postcode nothing comes up but it's listed on the Royal Mail website, please can someone else with this ?

Re: New connection

Have you checked via Openreach fibre checker ? https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker as they state if you have full fibre avalible and list providers too. Please check and tell us what results you get. It could also be possible that Sky dont serve your address at this moemnt in time, this ocudl be due to speeds avalible as Sky dont serve properties with a very low speed (as they previosuly wouldnt supply us) and in some cases Sky cant supply to people if they have no capacity at the local green cabinet where your phone line is connected to (if ADSL or FTTC).

Re: New connection

Good afternoon, I've spoken to open reach the area is covered as it's on a busy main road by the town centre. The issue is the property has changed from and office to apartments and the local council have now changed the postcode. Unfortunately it isn't listed on openreach. They have asked me to contact a provider and ask them to ask for a NADKEY activation to be placed to openreaches FTTC team? Hopefully this helps ?

Good afternoon @Billtatla I'm afraid this isn't something we can assist with on this platform. That being said, if you send us a PM using the link my colleague sent you this morning we can give you contact details to call and speak with our provisioning team. Thanks, Danielle
