New broadband

Hi I changed from EE to sky broadband was meant to change 16th of September and hasn't changed and iv also seen a bill for £43 when it's meant to be £25 a month and iv got nothing at the moment

Are you saying your are still with EE as you have been changed over to Sky, if so what does it show here for you:

Firs bills cover more than 4 weeks so can be higher so have a look at future bills.

My broadband never changed over need to speak to someone or I'll have to cancel don't know what's going on
