New broadband

Since we had our new broadband router installed two months ago we Havehad problems with the signal throughout the house. In the room where the broadband router is set up the signal is generally okay but still at times is slow. In every other room in the house, the signal is generally poor and Inat least two rooms, non-existent and switches to 4G Even in the room next to the room with the router the signal is invariably poor. This is unacceptable considering we had what I was told was a Significantupgrade.
