@Natalie240389 the TV msybe out of range but some TVs do have an issue with the hugher WiFi security setting the white Sky hubs use. If you have one of those hubs go into the Hub's advanced settings in the Product Options in the My Sky app and find WiFi security and change it from WPA3-T to WPA2.
