New broadband postcode stuck on loop

As I'm trying to see the available deals for Sky Broadband, I keep getting stuck in a repeating loop. I put in my postcode, at which point I'm asked if I live at the address (covered for privacy). I then loop repeatedly between being asked to log-in and another loading screen. (Pictures attached: 1. then 2, then 3 and 4 looped.)

All you can do is to give Sky a call to get the order placed.

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
