New broadband order

Got an email and text from sky saying there was a problem with my broadband order that I just placed. Said to call them, but can't seem to get through to speak to anyone. Just keeps putting me on to this site. Help.

The department that deals with problems with orders is closed on a Sunday, reopens at half 8 tomorrow

Not necessarily on a Bank Holiday, I guess (although that doesn't affect the Livingston campus ; )

still open on banks holidays for the same times but openreach are not
