New broadband isnt working

Got a new fibre broadband installed and set up today. It isn't working. Tests say all fine but it isn't connected to skyQ box or phones and smart tvs. 

 

The light on the hub are power-green internet-no light on wifi-green Voice-orange

 

We cannot download anything or use any apps

Was it working before the engineer left? They are supposed to check your router
