Hi, I recently ordered sky broadband (I am brand new to Sky) and my installation date is coming up soon. I have just received the router in the post.
I had an email thanking me for my order and recommending I download the mySky app and make an account, which I did using the same email as used to submit my order. Problem is, the order isn't showing up on my account and come to think of it, I never got a "proper" email providing full details of my order/next steps. I searched this issue and it seems to be somewhat common and posting here appears to be the best way to get it resolved. Can anyone please help? Thanks

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
