New box fitted, no signal on it, don't want to unplug old box

Engineer fitted box in hall on Saturday, there's no lights on it apart from power lights. What do I have to do now?

@Stoo-- Surely the Installation Engineer said what the reason was for NO light and on what box are you specifically talking about!

 

Leaving you connected was the correct way and assume that you at least have a Broadband and Phone connection currently!

Not a new customer, the cable free box is new, I'm still connected through cable

There is no 'cable free box' for terrestrial broadband, which is delivered over either metallic wiring or optical fibre.

  • Not new to sky, the cable was damaged, now replaced. Everything is working now. Thanks for your assistance.
