New WiFi not working smoothly
I'm trying to watch a film on BBC iplayer and it keeps buffering every minute. This is unacceptable, especially as the Sky router is next to the TV and I never had this problem with BT, who I switched from to Sky last week, expecting a BETTER SERVICE!! Sort this out or I'm cancelling this contract for false selling your product.

Sky Q, 3 mini boxes, booster and full fibre gigafast. Good WiFi coverage throughout a 4-bedroom house!

You're not contacting Sky Customer Service by posting on this customer-to-customer forum.
There are fellow customers on here who have a wealth of knowledge. If you want their help, you might want to tone it down a bit.
