New Sky Max Hub - working but activation error

Just had sky fibre Max installed. Had 3 engineers come out as there were issues with the connection and readings they were getting from outside the property. They seem to have sorted it and the hub is now working and I can connect via WiFi and ethernet cable for phones and laptop etc, however the booster device won't connect. It suggests setting it up through the My Sky app but the hub keeps showing as not activated. I get a message saying it could take 20 mins but it's been several days, several wps holds and resets, several full reboots, several my sky app deletions but still not working. Can you send a sky WiFi engineer round please?

That's typically a back-end issue to be resolved by Sky remotely rather than something requiring an engineer visit.

Re: New Sky Max Hub - working but activation error

Thanks. Yeah it's been escalated to the sky network team to attempt the activation remotely, failing that they'll send an engineer round.
