New Sky Max Customer - Issues Already.
Had my Sky Max installed today, have to say, only a few hours in and more than a little disappointed. The Wifi is atrocious. Far worse than my previous supplier. Its extremely spotty.
Great connection a metre away from the router, full 500mbps, top of the stairs (about 10m away), no connection. One end of my bed gets 2.0mbps, the other end get 120mbps. Corner of the same room (router is 3m below this corner) 50mbps, children's room (farthest away from the router) gets 70mbps, however; they can't play their games as the wifi keeps dropping out. The kitchen (closest room to the router) gets 10mbps.
any suggestions on how to remedy this? I must admit, I am about ready to cancel my contract and move back to my previous supplier.
