Hello,

I have recently signed up for a new Sky Broadband deal. Before it is activated, I am due to have an engineer visit, and a new Sky Hub sent to me. Which will come first and is there anything I need to do before they arrive?

Hub despatch should be timed for it to arrive a couple of days before the appointment date.

If you are getting FTTP, it's worth familiarising yourself with the process and considering where you want the necessary infrastructure to be located.
