New Router

Hello, I have plugged in my new Sky max router. But it has been flashing green slowly now for 15 minutes. Could you help me please ?

@RyanMarr1158 The electronic version of installing is below! You do not say what your activation date is if a new service to you also or just a new replacement sky Hub for an older or faulty one!
