New Router being Delivered were is it and when will it arrive

Hi I had an engineer visit on wednesday of thios week , he ordered me a new router ...i have had no notification from sky of its date of delivery

could you please advice

Hi No There is nothing There.

The engineer said i would be inundated but messages and reviews and to leave them alone as it would close the status.

i have heard nothing since no messages and had nothing for a week now i canot watch sky stream no internet 

help please

@Shaun74  Did you have Sky broadband before or was this you joining Sky when getting connected by the engineer?
