@JoeFullwood The router is normally due to be dispatched few days before the SKY activation.
They would have given you that date when you signed up. If you check on your MY SKY account that
should show you the current status. If not call sky to find out, there has been post's of delayed router being sent so it maybe worth checking. The ONT install does not mean that you are activated, that is down to sky.
