@Cracker2121  Your post has been moved temporarilty as youy've posted personal info, you should never post any personal details online like this as this is how scammers get hols of such info.

 

Also Sky won't email you on the back of a communuty post as this is a customer led community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

All Sky Hub models for many years have had multiple Local Area Network (ethernet) ports.

 

Do you mean a Wide Area Network port for FTTP?
