Unfortunately we require a new router power cable. The white one with a plug but I have been unable to find how to buy or request one on the sky website. Can anyone help with this. I have no internet and my son his having a melt down because he can't play his x box.
@Rebecca167 The only way will be to call sky, they normally do not do such, so you may likely get a complete router but just use the PSU Unit. Take it you have tried plugging into a different power socket.
