New Installation

I've moved into a new house 2 weeks ago. Sky Broadband should've gone live on 6th of Feb and now going into second week without the interent. Two engineers have come and not sorted anything apart from saying the same thing that it is Open Reach issue and that they have made a cross line mistake. 

He arranged OP enigneer come on Monday. I have lost faith it will be working and really consider to look for other provider. This has affected my work so much as I work from home and with 3G hotspot I can't even make Teams calls. I can't get my head around how difficult it can be to get working interent these days. I live near town centre, not middle of nowhere.

Not a lot Sky can do I am afraid, if its an Openreach issue they cant touch the Openreach kit and have to wait for them to sort it. Often being in a town/city  can actually be worse because there is a lot more lines, cables, kit etc to go through which in turn creates more opportunity for mistakes.
