New Hub

I recently renewed my broadband contract and now I've received an email saying I'm getting a new hub. Is this something to do with my old one being dated??

If you have a Q Hub, those are being withdrawn because they no longer meet UK regulations for routers (specifically because they have fixed weak administrator credentials)

 

Sky may or may not be swapping Sky Broadband Hubs with Max Hubs: users who opt to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement get one of the latter anyway.
