Hey guys.
Been with Sky for about 18months now. The first 17months, I have been getting correct speeds at around 150mbp/s Download.
For the last few weeks, we are now getting no more than 40mbp/s. Our upload speeds are the same. Sky sent me a new HUB to swap out and still no improvement. All diagnostics online say that we're getting 150mbp to the hub.
- I have done an ethernet speed test with WIFI disabled and still - 36mbp/s d/l. NOTHING has changed inside our home to affect anything.
- I have changed wifi channels many times (although the issues I am havving are not an issue with my wireless, as ethernet connection is also very slow.
Anyone got any ideas before I call Sky again? I really don't know what they will say, as allegedly they are providing 150mbp/s to our hub.
