My mother had fibre installed yesterday, had standard sky broadband for year and no issues. Today her Internet is constantly disconnecting, it comes back on 5 mins then off for 30 mins.
She is a 70 year old, she isn't technically minded, she's got mobility issues so unable to keep resetting modem which is on floor in hallway.
Online bot just suggests this will be short term due to new connection. I don't live nearby to help, how can I get someone from Sky to sort this out, she's a vulnerable customer and is getting stressed out by it all. I don't know why she was forced to change when she had no issues before.
