Hello, I received a email from my landlord saying that a company will come to put a new fiber line on the building, my question is what I'll have to do to get connected to the new line ? Do a technician from Sky have to come ? Can I be connected without leaving sky ?
Thank you very much.

Looks like you are on a g.fast connection which sky only offer 150Mbps . Looks like g.network are a alt-net operating from london using their own network. Still contact your landlord it might be they want to have a full fibre connection in your building and whether it prevents your using openreach and their isp's

Do you live in a flat etc?
Are you with sky already?
Could you enter your full address in the checker below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image

What speed are you getting at the minute. Your fastest speed is 80Mbps fttc and full fibre doesn't seem to be available. Check with the landlord to see if it is openreach that they are using

At the moment I'm at 135mbps ( always been like that, it's the maximum I can get ) but today my landlord put that message on the building
