Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: New Customer
Thanks for this info. I've tried everything & think my ONT box could be in a better location.
I'll have a look at mesh gadgets and weigh them up against paying another£8 per month for Sky Max.
Thanks for help.

Re: New Customer
@Tommy_Mac Longer Ethernet cable and a better positioning of the sky Max hub may be all that is needed, the WiFi 6 jump from your older lower spec'd BT Router will always lead to a slightly reduced push signal wise on the Max hub.
You can also try if you wish dropping the wireless securities back to WPA2-PSK from WPA3-T on the sky Max hub, some have said it helps with system performance!

Re: New Customer
I'll try the longer cable first although I hate to see visible cables in my house. If moving hub improves signal, I'll then try to figure out how to conceal the cable.

Re: New Customer
@Tommy_Mac Hope it all works out, the sky Max just seems to be that bit awkward in some properties for sure!
