New Customer . Now broadband Superfast

Received txt to say I'm active this morning . Hooked up the router , all green lights but still no connection on 2 mobile phones and TV . Any advice please .

@NoArmsBob have you connected the devices to the new hub's wifi using the log on details on the hub?

Yes connected to 3 devices using the password details

@NoArmsBob first check you are reding the password correctky irritatingly Sky/Now use letters like O and I which can be confused with the numbers 0 and 1 and vice versa. If you are certain that isnt the issue then try telling the phones to forget the new connection then reboot them completly by powering them down and restarting and trying from scratch. With the TV power it down until the power led goes out tgen restart it. These steps should clear the menory location that stores the passwords which can get scrambled.

Thank you for your advice , all above have been tried and failed , I'm beginning to think the router is faulty .
