New Box Not Working

I changed provider and within a few days realised I had made a mistake. I started a new 24 month contract with Sky. I retained my hub and two boosters. 

I received a new hub, none of my devices recognised it: tv, smartphone, computer. It just wasn't an option to connect to.

 

i reinstalled my old hub. It works. However, not through the entire house and the 1 x boosters will not remain connected.

@MarkTempler That's all sky and accounts / serial numbers / new pods etc etc, think that would be the way to go, not sure that they can just resurect all your old from a cancel/move/return!
