Never received broadband box

When I first ordered my package I got my tv box no bother but my broadband box never got sent I've paid my first bill it's been weeks and Ive had any contact about a new box

Does it say anything in order tracking? What was the date of your broadband activation?

It's been sent back to sky who've received it and sent a message saying they've received it back, I've phoned them over 30 times in 4 weeks and they keep telling me they're resending it, I've been billed already this month a total of £59 and they're saying I still owe them £29.99 and it's owed on the 22nd, they took the £59 on the 13th of this month?!?! I have no clue what's going on everytime I phone them I keep being told they have an I.T member working on it and that within 3 days my router would arrive, that's been nearly 5 weeks of the same rubbish!!!
