My Sky broadband supposte to be activities today on 13th Dec remotely, however I never received a hub

Find out more@Sky+EM did you recieve notification of a hub being deapatched - you can trace it through the My Orders section of the MY Sky app. If one was sent it is probably held up by the postal strikes. If not and. Hub order was placed then call Sky to get one sent out by courier. However if you are upgrading yourSky service or moving the hub you already have should work.

Do I gonna be charged from the day my broadband was activated even if I didn't receive a hub?

Probably, yes - when you do receive your router give Sky a call and ask for them to apply a credit for the unused days. (Do not cancel or stop any payments)
