Networking issues

Since having fibre installed, I've been having repeat issues. I've only just found out as I've used all my data up with my network provider, so not happy about that. Can you get an engineer out to check if everything is set up correctly, and not just rely on remote support

@Myhuw01 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. The lights on the hub show if the connection had dropped see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and the online service checker in the My Sky app,can help,if therecis a fault.

 

However one common issue is poor WiFi coverage in your home which can cause phones to switch to using mobile data. There arexsettings in any phones to stop,that happening automatically for example it is called WiFi Assist on an iPhone and is at the bottom of the Mobile. data Settings.
