Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have the same issue. This is the second day and I've tried everything sky help say everything is fine, but nothing is finding my network- eg my network doesn't come up on my phone and my Alexa can't connect. I've tried rebooting everything but nothing seems to work. I cannot do the things I need to do online. PLEASE can I talk to an actual person??

@Jeanmc1 you can call Sky and if you do not engage with the bot your call should be routed to an agent. However you can do a lot yourself first check the lights on the hub when you lose connectivity and usecthischelp pagecfor next steps https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
