Network connection
Network connection keeps going down. Tests say everything is ok but every 5 minutes the network loses signal

@Samantha108 You may wish to run the diagnostic and also the service checker.
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
