Network connection

Keep losing network connection upstairs through my sky mini. Have reactivated on both boxes but still have intermittent connection issues. Not sure if a booster is required.

I have internet but upstairs the connection is intermittent but just through the TV so not sure if it's an issue with the connection from the sky q box to the sky mini. I have recently moved to sky from BT. No issues previously but I did have a BT WiFi booster in my bedroom.
