Hi we have been getting issues with network connection for months on end every week says to press and hold resett button on router nothing now happening and will not reset ? Says cannot reconnect have now tried this possibly over 30 times and nothing has been like this for over her 24 hours now can somebody please help or send someone out please thanks

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
