Netflix and Paramount not working

I have an issue with my netflix and Paramount plus Netflix when clicked on just keeps going back to the sky home page and Paramount is stuck on a picture of sponge Bob. Please can you help me with this issue. Only had sky a week and not filling me with hope for the next 2 years

@Tracey1231 this diesn't sound like a broadband issue so what Sky TV system Sky Stream, Sky Q or a Sky Glass TV do you have so we can move your question to the correct forum?
