Need to modify bt openreach master socket

I'm trying to contact Sky Broadband so my BT Openreach socket can be moved internally. BT Openreach have said I need to do this through my provider. 
Im having no joy in contacting sky broadband to get this arranged. 

please help.

@Kiran29 You just call sky Customer Service, dial 150 on your landline phone, and request an OR Master socket relocation, charge was £65 but that may have increased by now!

Also note that in this context it's just 'Openreach'.  BT is an ISP in competition with Sky.
