Need new router

WiFi connects constantly failing with Sky Q and mini box, sometimes loose TV but other devices maintain, other times it's a full outage. Router is roasting hot. No question for discussion, just need to order a new router but that's easier said than done with Skys website..

@Neil8989 the only way to get a new hub is to call Sky and report the fault and the agent will check the diagnostics the hub sends every day to see if it should be replaced or not.

If it is the flat variety of hub with an on board power supply these do run quite warm normally but are likely to be replaces fairly soon but  unfortunstely there is no way the speed that up.
