Need help
I have recently signed up to full fibre 900 but have had no confirmation, i do have access to my sky account but it states there is no orders. how do i get this resolved. Thanks

@Monty8285 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Hi, i placed an order at 1am roughly but there is no record on my order screen but i can access my sky id account . Could you help me with this, thanks.

@Monty8285 Your image can't be shown as it contains personal information (email address), you should never post any kind of personal details on a public community, if you repost your image blanking out any personal info it can be shown.
