This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. It you definitely need an engineer give Sky a call but if you explain your issue someone on here may be able to help.

Openreach availablity is scheduled by Openreach and allocated to all their ISP clients, with domestic subscribers receiving lower priority than business services.  Note that the extra Bank Holiday tomorrow will inevitably cause additional delay.
