@Khaledkhan if you have bought Sky's WiFi Max add-on bundle they should send out the first WiFi extender on request so call them. If you need more than one to achieve the guaranteed WiFi speed of 25Mb/s for connections over 100Mb/s or 10Mb/s for connections under 100Mb/s in every room in your home after an enngineer agrees they are required after visiting the property..
There is no guarantee for WiFi coverage outside your home for cameras etc.
