Need a new plug
My power plug for my hub has snapped. How do I get a new one? Everything else works.

Re: Need a new plug
@HelpMyHub What has snapped on it? you may not need one if still working but if you do, then you need to call sky for them to organise, but they will probably just do the whole new hub box with everything that it entails.

Re: Need a new plug
The top of the plug where the cable comes out has snapped. Workmen managed it somehow

@HelpMyHub Sky dont supply spare parts instead if you call them they wil send out a new unit take the bits you need and send the rest back with the broken part.

Re: Need a new plug
@Chrisee Took a quick look at my PSU for the SR203, got one off those Plastic earth pins, so if it snapped, stayed in the socket is not relevant just leave it connected in that mains socket forever, but if snapped on the low voltage side it's a change out.
As a side not, do sky attach the serial number of hubs to accounts or they just don't care. PM answer if awkward question.

Re: Need a new plug
@JimM1 Sky do not assign hubs to accounts people can and do swap them. Any hub physically able to will connect to any Sky line. The one exception is the Sky Max hubs which have to be matched for the settings to work in My Sky but customers can do that themselves.

Re: Need a new plug
@Chrisee Thanks for the reply, fully understood!
Can tell a customer to rip the sky max out and throw the old SR203 back on, will work as before, just lose all the other tweaks that the max had!
