Need Engineer

I have been semt a nrw router but my tv etc is connected to the old one the old one is not plugged in !! I need an engineer ive tried forgetting the old one and adding new nothing is working

If you have used the option for your TV to forget the old network, does it not then mind your new one. If not perhaps rebooting it at the mains then trying again to get it to find your new wifi network.

Ive tried everything my new router is plugged in but cannot be found by any device i need an engineer 🙈

Are the lights lit as they should be on the new hub ?

Yeah everything is normal new hub lit up but cant find it anywhere !!

Have you tried rebooting it to see if your devices will then find it ?
