Ned cable getting installed

Parents (age 90) moving to cable. I organised it for parents but sky colleague visited parents and told them it was too much work and they don't need it so cancelled it. They are upset. I want the work carried out.

You need to be a bit more specific. Is this a new order or an upgrade? What package did you order/upgrade?

Just to be clear, 'cable' typically refers to subscription television delivered over a coaxial (metallic) data bearer, which in the UK is only offered by Virgin Media.

 

Was what you ordered from Sky their optical fibre broadband, or their subscription television (which can arrive over either satellite dish or internet connection) or both?
