NO WiFi

Suddenly lost WiFi and app test shows everything is working fine. Restart the router doesn't help, the voice and internet led lights are red.

Mine has done the exact same, went off about an hour ago, app says everything is fine no problems in the area, tried restarting the router twice and still nothing

Same here. Internet suddenly went off about an hour ago, all checks say no issues and everything is fine (er no it's not). Internet off with red light, done all the troubleshooting and nothing has fixed it.

 

How can it say there are no issues and everything is working fine when the Internet is literally totally off??

I have the same problem, no WiFi but app saying everything is working fine, I've tried resetting a couple of times and still nothing.

If it's happening at the time you've all initially posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the phone lines reopen call Sky to report it.
