NO INTERNET

 

my internet has gone off around 12:30pm. My app is saying all good but computer connected with ethernet and laptop on wifi both saying no internet! I have rebooted still no joy! I work from home so this is very inconvenient!

Best to report the fault to Sky when it is a complete loss of service, then you'll be entitled to compensation after a couple of days until it is fixed.
