NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I am not able to connect to the internet. I have unplugged and restarted router thing but it says connected to router yes connected to internet no

Even if you’ve already tried it use this link to check if there are any broadband issues locally that may identify a known fault, perhaps affecting multiple households ~

Its always worth rechecking it as the Service Checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection so perhaps try it again later.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to report it to Sky. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

It says streaming problem. No internet connection. My house alarm is connected to the internet and I am an elderly lady. Can someone come in and sort it out.

If you look at your broadband hub, are all the lights lit up, or are any out or even flashing ?

The internet light is not on. It sometimes flashes amber, goes green and then goes off. It has flashed amber but now nothing.

Does it give you something to do for a potential fix, if not I would suggest calling Sky.
