NETGEAR wifi booster issue

Can anyone help? We have tried to connect our netgear wifi booster to the box which was working before moving to Sky.... it is connected via an Ethernet cable we have reset it but its still not working.

@JeniP itshould be plug and play. Check the Ethernet cable is properly plugged in at both ends if it still doesnt connect follow the instructions on page 13 here https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6120/EX6120_EN_QSG_18May2015.pdf 

 

I assume this is on a fairly long ethernet cable if you have the wifi enabled on your Sky hub as otherwise you are likely to get interference between the two networks.
