MyCloud drive connection

I have a MyCloud drive - it was working fine as backup via Time Machine but now showing as offline. I can see it in the Hub settings on ip address 192.168.0.4 but the troubleshooting guide from WD suggests I should set up a port - opening port 443 but i can't see how to do that. have tired all the other self-help options and this seems to be the only thing i can't address. it's not listed in the UPnP table.

yes but i have a feeling i'm not doing it right - is the port value 443 or do i add the range 40000-49999? which are both value mentioned in the WD support video
